I bought this product as a christmas treat to myself. It looked amazing and well worth the money as I'm a fan of estee lauder products. It arrived and as soon as i opened it, my heart sank. The bag is nice looking, but useless as it has NO compartments. Its simply a box with a zip so your makeup would slide around in there getting damaged. I cant think of a use for it so its been shoved in the closet for now. As for the brushes (a big reason i bought this as i needed new ones) what a waste! They are cheap looking, with a big 'made in china' stamp on the bottom as the only writing. And they feel awful. Cheap flimsy bristles in bad shape, hard on the skin. Those too have been shoved in a drawer. The casings of all the makeup are cheap tat, especially the pallets! They are simply awful and look like makeup you would buy in a pound shop! i suppose that is where they save their money. The make up itself is nice though, but if you are looking for luxury and money well spent, look elsewhere. I do use all the makeup (except for the mascara as it is so clumpy it makes a mess every time) and I do like it. But it is not worth the money. I think i would have been much better off buying bits of the range over a longer period of time, instead of buying this. Im bitterly disappointed.
